I've used Simethicone for a digestive gas problem for about 15 years and for me it prevents gas bloating and cramps. Since I take about 6 tabs per day, I want to use the generic brands to make them affordable. I was using the Target brand until they discontinued them last year. This source is my alternate source, much less than the Mylanta $12 a bottle at Walmart which does not have a generic brand. A local retail pharmacy has lower cost version occasionally but not a reliable source.
