Product Review: Still have breakage.........

Although I still have breakage to my hair, this is one of the better products I have tried as a leave in conditioner. It is really great at detangline my hair! My hair is long and blonde (colored), so it can really get dry and messy in the summer. It has been really good at smoothing and detangling. I wish it was as effective on the breakage.

I am so grateful to my hairdresser friend for turning me onto this product. I highlight my hair every four weeks, wash, dry and flat iron my hair almost everyday. I have battled my very thin, frizzy hair for years and years and I have tried pretty much everything on the market that promises to smooth my frizzy overprocessed hair. I finally found it. I have also battled so much breakage in the past that I rarely was able to get a haircut because it just kept getting shorter on its own. Since I started using this product my hair has grown more than it has in the past 3 years - and to me, that says a lot. Also - another good tip - my Chi flat iron broke a few months ago and I researched before I bought a new one. I ended up buying a Sedu Revolution and that seems to have helped my hair tremendously as well. I am 37 and this is the first time I have actually not had to battle my hair! My stylist has been using "It's a 10" on my hair before doing a blow out for about six months. I'd leave her salon with the most awesome smooth, bouncy curls. I just thought it was because she was more dextrous with the blow dryer and curling iron than I am, but once I tried "It's a 10" at home, I realized it was the product! My curly hair that I round brush to straighten is so shiny and bouncy using this product. But it's NOT sticky and doesn't get that nasty scorched smell that some "anti frizz" products have when you use heat tools after they are on your hair. And when I leave my hair naturally curly, it helps keep the frizz and crazy volume under control.
I really have to hold myself back from spraying too much "It's a 10" onto my hair. Just a spritz or two is all you need (really!). And the fragrance is very nice too, I like it a lot. (Though I have no idea how to describe the scent. It's just nice.)
If you have fine or thin straight hair this product might make your hair flat.

I purchased this product based on all the high reviews it had received. It was a huge let down. I was looking for a leave-in product to replace Wella's liquid hair leave-in conditioner which the company had discontinued. I curl my hair with a curling iron, this product didn't allow the curl to hold, but my biggest complaint is the odor. It has a very strong flowery smell. I have very fine, but curly hair. Living in the South with all the humidty, I am constantly battling frizzy hair. This product is truly a miracle. It holds my hair in place without weighing it down. The only negative I can see is that I don't care for the smell. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product.
