My husband and I are very pleased with this exerciser. It works just as expected and is very sturdy and effective. It's easy to use and doesn't take up much space in our small apartment. It is definitely worth buying if you need such an exerciser and don't have a lot of space. It has a built-in handle that makes it easy to move around even though it is heavy. The gears work smoothly and it makes very little noise. The display is easy to read.
Although the first one that was shipped was damaged in transit and the company was a bit slow to respond to my initial email about the problem, once one of their competent customer service people took control of the situation, it was resolved promptly and courteously.
