I like these a lot. While I don't buy into the whole liquid portion, the vitamins are coming from whole food sources. There's nothing natural about a multivitamin but it's a lot closer to the real thing then the synthetic vitamins.
WARNING~ These vitamins are "subjected" to having small traces of lead in them. I still don't know how I feel about this. For now I'm taking them. I called and asked and they said they do the best to make sure their products are lead free as they can be.
