I have been using the Interplak Tooth Brush since they came out years ago. The oscillating action is one that does an excellent job of cleaning one's teeth. If one bounces the head at a 30 degree angle to the area where the tooth enters the periodontal (gum) area , the bristles will go between the teeth to act as a modified flossing action. This won't replace flossing but it will be an adjunct to flossing. Push and release to prohibit the brush from work loading down to a stop.
Remember use as little tooth paste as possible if you must, but toothpaste is not necessary to clean the teeth. Remember, you don't use toothpaste when you floss and flossing cleans the teeth.
I do use one of those rotating brushes first but I always finish up with my Interplak, and there is always more debris that comes out even though I have used the first brush for at least two minutes.
