I have 2 pairs of these and am now in need of more. They are the best thing I have found for Sandals and open heel shoes. That is why I am back for more. My summer shoes are set but the new winter ones need some help if I am to wear them. I love these because the adhesive is great. They stay put and mold to your foot very well. When you put your shoe on no one can see the support but you can feel the difference. I could not even wear my new sandlals without them. I have tried lots of different arch supports and these are the best for heels, sandals and slides that I have found. I would highly recommend these to anyone with arch pain. I do wish I could buy them in a multi pack but if that is my only complaint then it's not too bad.
