So I don't drink these daily, I think it minimizes the effects of the vitamins to fight colds. I take these when I am feeling very tired, or I can feel a cold coming on. I love the flavors, the fruit punch better then the tropical. The directions say to mix into 16-20 ounces of water, I usually put in in my 32 ounce water bottle and it tastes perfect.
I have been able to stop a cold from developing into a sick day since I started using these, therefore I am a promoter and keep these stocked in my vitamin cabinet!
