This is what is says it is: a supportive device for thumb and wrist. The soft bead items that sit below the wrist for support and buffer are really good.... Worth the price as there is nothing out there comparable. Another unique product from Smart Glove!! (I use the Imak Support Gloves year round for hand problems... I try all their hand products and IMAK is top in their line of work...)
