This product while well made did cause my husband a lot of discomfort because the hard part of the Pil-o-splint pressed on a nerve in his arm. It actually caused him to throw the product off in the middle of the night. Due to the company not wanting to take back a product that has been taken out of the original packaging, we may also be out of money. I did contact the company to see about a refund and the representative said she would speak to the manufacturer to see if a refund might be made. They were very helpful. I don't know if I will get my money back. It is a well made product that I had hoped would help my husband. I am sure this is just an isolated case.Product Review: too bulky

This item is way too bulky - I did not like it at all, and, unfortunately, the company won't accept any returns or exchanges on these type of items. I found a much better item for about $20 at the drugstore - the brand/name is called: "Futuro Night Relief Wrist Stabilizer". I like it much, much better than this one, and, my pain at night is gone when wearing it.
