Customer Review: Wrong picture - NOT THE NON-SKID VERSION!

The Imak Ergobead non-skid wrist cushion is a great product. I'm on my laptop all the time, a Macbook Pro with a hard aluminum corner that your wrist sits on. I started noticing early symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome about a year ago, and had a look in Fry's for wrist pads. I didn't like any of them except this one... except not this one, the one with the non-skid surface. After moving I lost it, and tried living without it and can't - it's an essential for computing at home.
So I looked here on Amazon because I didn't see one in any local stores (no Fry's here), and here it is. There are several listed, but only this one was eligible for Amazon Prime. It's not stated that this is non-skid, but there isn't really much of a description. So I looked at the pictures provided. The second picture clearly shows the non-skid surface. Great, I thought, an exact replacement for less than what I paid at Fry's and "free" Prime shipping.
It arrived today and it's not the same product as pictured. It does not have the non-skid surface. Depending upon your setup and habits, this may not be an issue. It's still the best wrist support system that exists. But I really, really liked the non-skid surface and it makes a big difference to me.
Let me repeat: *this is not the item pictured in the second photo - it does not have the non-skid surface!*
I suppose it's partly my own fault for ordering the wrong thing, but with not much of a description and a picture of an entirely different product, I want to warn others as it's an easy thing to fall for. Pay the shipping cost from the third-party sellers who have the non-skid version, it's worth it. Hopefully this seller will update the listing.
It turns out that a friend "borrowed" my original non-skid one, and they don't mind not having the non-skid surface, so I'll give them this one and get back my non-skid one. So it turned out OK for me and I don't have to go through the hassle of a return, but if you're new to wrist cushions, be careful what you order and spend the extra for the non-skid surface.
