About 10 months back I started suffering from pain in my fingers and wrists. Being a computer programmer, I am always using a keyboard at work and using my laptop at home.
Upon my doctor's advise, instead of taking pain medication, I tried an ergonomic keyboard at work. That really helped at the office, but the homefront was still a problem.
I found these on Amazon and ordered these. These are even better than the ergonomic keyboard option I was thinking about buying for the home.
With these, I get support not only while using the keyboard, but also while using the mouse. The wrist and finger pain is a thing of the past.
If things like these can provide such relief, it should be made mandatory at all offices to provide ergonomic keyboards or gloves like these. Why wait till the damage is done and then try to rectify it?
You won't regret this purchase. Your palm can feel a little warm while using it, but they are easy to take off and put on. Washable too. If too lazy to wash, febreze them.
