Product Review: Where is my order??

I'm very concerned and greatly disappointed about my order of IMAK gloves. I ordered them on 10/9/09 and were told they would be here by 10/13/09. THEN when they didn't arrive I called and were told they would be here on the 20th. Guess what didn't arrive.... When tracking this order it appears to be stuck in Lexington, KY, stating arrival scan. I would really like to try this product as I know they have worked for me in the past. Maybe the glove fairy will help out.
