As an adult worman, I have small hands, but small was too tight. Medium is not as tight, but the fingers are longer and almost reach the end of my fingers. They are nice though and keep my hands warm and gently supported. They are machine washable and dryable and do not shrink. I would order them again.Product Review: Arthritis Gloves Love them!

These things are great!!! After surgery on my left thumb two years ago I developed RSD. Puffed up and very bad pain. I happened on these about a month ago. What a find!!! Highly recommended. Give them a try if you are having trouble with your hands and wrists.Product Review: Best gloves ever!
