Product Review: Work Perfectly For Cooling Off

I bought several extra icy mats for use with the Ice Bandana. I am impressed with the bandana with my only complaint being the ice is only good for about an hour before it defrosts. Of course if they made the ice mats any larger they would be uncomfortable around the neck -- they really are sized perfectly and are so easy to wear and transmit just the right amount of cool. Great to use while working out or working in the yard. Terrific product!Product Review: always there when I need them!

Decades ago, I purchased two of the old CoolDana models from QVC. The strip inserts wore out and I had nothing! I now have Fibromyalgia in my neck and shoulders and am having an awful time with it! Especially trying to sleep---
In desperation, I googled a bit and found these strips at Amazon! I bought five sets of two. I find using two strips in my old supplex "scarves" works well because they stay cold longer.
These strips freeze quite fast, take up little room in the freezer, and are flexible enough to fit around my neck comfortably enough to sleep in them. I would recommend them highly! When I get the Fibro headaches (like migraines), I tie one around my head, to good effect. They also work very well in hot weather for comfort and are wonderful for hot flashes!
They can be used around knees, elbows -- any place you're hurting. I recommend them highly!

Yes, I think they do help keep me a little cooler. I have had similar items before so I knew what I was getting. I even put a couple inside my straw hat.
The only regret I have is that they don't stay cool as long a time as they state. Mine are finished by one hour. Yes, I would recommend them.
