These things take up very little space, so I took them to school and put some in my locker for lacrosse. I'm always getting checked in the same part of my arm, so after practice I ice it if it hurts. These packs get cold faster then I expected. It took five seconds at most, and it was REALLY cold. It doesn't last too long though. Ether that, or it just numbed my arm so I didn't feel it. I'm going to say it lasted like ten minutes, which isn't bad, but not amazing. Over all, I really like them.
