I will either pack this or a neck collar depending on how long my flights are. This is great for long flights - very comfortable. When I'm not using it my son loves to use it as a pillow on the couch. It's thick enough to handle it and he thinks it's the most comfortable travel pillow I've bought so far. And I've gone through quite a few!
