So its a little over stuff, its nice on long flights from LAX to JFK, LON or NRT! Nice and soft, however there is no give in the pillow so it can sometimes push your neck uncomfortably forward. Great for side sleeping too!Product Review: To small

Both my husband and I found this pillow too bulky for air travel (in economy). It's not terribly comfortable outside of that context for me either (but I have arthritis with loss of curvature at C4/C5). I recently returned from a trip to Dubai and Eritrea. I used the Imak pillow during the 13 hour flight and found it provided excellent comfort and support. It was soft and non irritating, while being firm and supportive. I would recommend it for long trips.
