I'm a huge fan and believer of Hylands products. I always sleep well when I take the Nerve Tonic, but I'm not sure how much it calms my stress during the day (thus I took one star away). Since all of their other products work so well, and this seems to help me sleep, I'm giving it 4 stars. It's worth a try!
