I originally purchased this medicine to help when my prescription migraine medicine wasn't enough, I have since solved the medical issues behind this problem. I continue to use this medicine for any type of tough headache and it continues to work for me. This is a good product, I am fairly sensitive and have not experienced any side effects to date, using the product for 2 years now. Give it a try, I think it will be a pleasantly surprised.
