I have fibromyalgia and a new symptom I have been suffering from for the last year or so is night time calf cramps. The doctor put me at the max does of my medication and I still had no relief. Not even muscle relaxers helped! Everthing I read about on line and tried did not work, and I have to say that I tried them all. Then a fried of mine was visiting from out of town and wanted to stop in at our town's natural food store. I asked and they suggested that I give these to try. They were a little expensive but I was desperate for some relief. I did not wake up because of cramps all night long. Whenever I don't take them, I wake up with cramps. So I now take them every night. And the added benifit is that I get the best nights sleep I have had in many years. I was glad to find these on Amazon as they are soooooooo much cheaper here.
