I bought this because I was being awakened in the middle of the night with severe leg and foot cramps that would not subside with stretching or walking. They seemed to be occurring more frequently despite trying other remedies like additional potassium and magnesium. I have not taken the pills as a preventive, but have used them when I wake up with cramps. Each time, the pain has resolved in a matter of minutes and I have been able to go back to sleep. I can't figure out how they work since the amount of each ingredient seems to be quite small, but I will use them as long as they do workProduct Review: relief...finally

Whenever I had to be on my feet for hours, at night after I got settled and comfortable in bed my legs would begin to cramp. I would have to get up out of a beautiful warm bed to "walk" (hobble) around to relieve the pain. Then I started taking the pills in the afternoon and no more cramps. As an added bonus my hands no longer get stiff when I hold the newspaper to read it. I tried everything, finally relief.
