I have tested so many diapers for my son: this is the only one I swear to when he goes to bed! I have never had a leak with The Huggies Overnites, and although Huggies is not my favorite diaper brand: this night-diaper can't be beat!Product Review: Overnites

Even with Huggies Overnights a size bigger than their normal diapers, we have the occasional leak, but it's far less than we get when we use other diapers overnight. I have tried the Pampers Extra Protection diapers and the Fisher-Price overnights as well. I would say the Huggies are best, the Pampers EP are almost as good as the Huggies and for our kids the FP overnights didn't work at all. They do work for some kids, though, so they might be worth a try since they are so cheap! I got a great deal on Amazon with the Huggies ONs though, and I also get good deals on them at Rite Aid and CVS with couponing and bargain-shopping so don't let the price hold you back; they are great diapers!Product Review: So Far, So good

Recently, my 21 month old has turned into a "heavy wetter" at night and we were having major issues with leaks. She sleeps on her stomach (and usually with her butt up in the air), and so she would wake up each morning with a huge puddle on/under her belly, and all over the sheets. Gross. We tried everything, from minimizing her liquid intake to larger size diapers (we exclusively used pampers swaddlers and cruisers), but nothing helped. I heard about these and decided to buy a pack. So far, so good. We have been using these for 3 nights now, and have had absolutely no leaks at all. The diaper length seems to be a bit longer than the cruisers, and is definitely thicker (more noticeable under PJ's), but it works, so that is all that matters to me. I also like that they have a 2 inch "elastic" bunching in the back to help with containing things coming up out of the back of the diaper.
I'd recommend these and will continue to purchase.

Terrible overnight diaper. I have woken up to find my daughter's legs cold and wet several times now. I was going to keep using them until the box was finished, but NO, i just cant allow my child to sit in pee every single night. I'm done.
Dont bother buying this.
