The description says that if you order the purple mat you are supposed to receive two mats. We received one and when we emailed amazon twice about the problem we received no help. When I eventually called they told me I would have to mail the "defective" mat back to them and that they would send a new order . . . unfortunately they are waiting for a shipment right now so if I don't want to wait I can get a refund instead. What a mess. This is the worst experience I have ever had with amazon.
