When I opened the box, I was disappointed, though it is difficult to describe what disappointed me. It just didn't seem like a quality product. It was most frustrating because I had previously ordered two other over bed trays that were more to my liking but became out of stock and I was never able to receive them. Perhaps it is because this was not on par with the other table/trays I was looking for that it was a disappointment.
It doesn't roll very well on my carpet and is a little too high to use on my mother's bed, which is not completely electric, meaning I have to hand crank the bed up to create the ultimate dining experience for her.
However, it does serve its purpose and is somewhat attractive.
