I have sealed oak hardwood floors throughout my home that are about 43 years old. I just purchased the home last year, and the floors looked dull. I cleaned them and applied Hope's Floor Revive per the instructions. They now look like they were recently re-finished. I don't know how long the finish will last, but they look great. I have sealed stone in my homes entrace way. the previous owner had sealed the stone with some polyurethane. I used this stuff over it, and it enhanced the color and left a gorgous shine, I use it twice a year.
