I was looking for something to tide me over between massage therapy visits. It's not too aggressive, soothing and the heat is wonderful. I thought it massaged the legs too, but it doesn't, just does the back. Still a wonderful product. This isn't deep tissue, or shiatsu but if your looking for some soothing vibration with heat this does the trick.
