Although its my first time buying an item like this it works great and It ended up being more then I expected. Being a small framed person It doest do much for my neck since, its only a little too far apart. But it works great for my back. I must agree that it's a little hard on the back, well, I honestly didn't buy it for my back, but for my thighs. Since I sit on chair/bed for hours while studying, I needed something to move my blood circulation. This is exactly what I was looking for. About the heat, it works within seconds!
Also, what I did is, I waited for "Bed Bath and Beyond 20% coupon" to buy it from the local store. Total was 34$ including tax and a full refund within 2 months in case I didn't like it. Plus a two year warranty by the company. So, I spend 2$ more to by myself a peace of mind :)

I love this... I was reluctent to get it because I wanted something that actually worked , but knowing I could take it back ( I bought it at Bed , Bath and Beyond for 38$) if it did not meet my expectations, I bought it and I could not be happier with my purchase! After using this item around half year, I really love it and bought another one for my family. I have bought many types of massage-related healthy products (all are in the basement or trashed) except this one. This is a REAL one and used almost every day.
