Product Review: FATAL DESIGN FLAW! Chewed up the fabric cover!

Homedics' reputation could suffer from this lemon. The third time I used the pillow it decided to eat itself. Until then, I really liked it. I own the Homedics Quad-Roller back cushion with heat, and have no problem with it. I plan on buying another shiatsu unit for my neck, but without the whole pillow nonsense. I can put a pad or towel on top of a plain-jane unit and suffer a lot less aggravation.Product Review: Fabulous Fingers!

After I tried this massaging wonder that my sister-in-law had, I HAD to buy my own. This is a fabulous massager for your shoulders and neck. The padding makes it much more comfortable than other shiatsu massagers. The heat option isn't as warm as I would like, but this item is still wonderful.
My husband likes to sit it on the floor and put his feet on the massager.

I just got this this pillow TODAY at Bed Bath & Beyond after waiting for weeks for them to get more. They were all sold out during the summer & out of stock on an online site. I had tried this out in the store & was determined to get one.This pillow really does the job on my back. Nice deep kneading with heat that really loosens up my tight muscles. I used it after my 2 hour gym workout today & I feel great. Another great feature is that since it's small & portable I can take it all over the house as well as to work if I want to. I REALLY recommend this little gem.Product Review: Fantastic!

I bought the pillow for my wife. She gave birth to our daughter in December and has not had the best of luck with things since. Her back is always aching. I bought this pillow to try and relieve some of that. And based upon the reviews here, this pillow would do the trick.
It certainly did. She slept soundly for the first time in over a year after just the first use. It eased the aches and pains in the base of her back and the soothing heat hit the spot.

This massager is worth it's weight in GOLD. I have Fibromyalgia/CFS and this massager is heaven on those back muscles that keep tightening up. I was a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist/Private Practice Owner before FIBRO changed all that. I know a good massage and i've tried a bunch of massagers and this IS THE BEST. As far as intensity and precision, this machine gets right in the rhomboids (between shoulder blades) and at Levator Scapula insertion point on border. Awesome. Gets in there well and the heat is phenomenal. Son left plugged in unfortunately and shorted it out. Just watch for that. Get this massager!!! You will LOVE IT!!!
