This pillow is worth every penny. With my fibromyalgia it gets a lot of use. It has a wonderful deep massage and comfortable heat. Unlike the full chair models I can position it on any sore muscle and it's easy to travel with. I wish the heads rotated in the opposite as I like an upward motion but I just flip it over to solve that small problem. I like the soft cover and neat appearance so it doesn't look like a clinic in my den. I highly recommend this one.Product Review: Shiatsu Pillow
