This is the BEST little massager I have ever used. I own three other Homedics products (hand held massager, foot massager and neck horseshoe). The other three are great, but this pillow massager is by far the best. It is very versitile and you can use it on all of those hard to reach spots. I sit at a desk all day typing and talking on the phone. I go home every day with neck strain and pain/aching between my shoulder blades. I have an area beneath my left shoulder blade that knots up and feels like a knife is sticking in it. No other product has been able to directly reach these pain areas prior to this one. It is quite sturdy, solid and you can position it where ever you are having pain. And it feels so good when it hits those hard to reach areas. I agree with other reviewers that I will be buying several of these come Christmas time to give to my family as gifts.Product Review: Adjust to fit your neck contours

When you first use Shiatsu neck pillow it may not contour to your individual neck. Try turning it upside down or higher or lower on your neck area. I get excellent results from doing this.Product Review: Ahhhhhh

I recently purchased one of the more expensive homedics full back seat cushion massagers. It works pretty well for the lower back but I can't seem to ever get into a comfortable enough sitting position for a good massage on my shoulders. When I saw the good reviews and reasonable price on this one I decided to give it a try. Wow, great product! Now I can acutally get some real action on my shoulders while comfortably lying down. The only down side is that sometimes I fall asleep with this thing on...wish there was an auto switch off timer(but since this is not exactly a comfortable pillow for sleeping I might wake up with even worse shoulder and neck problems!). The rollers are not close enough together for me to get a neck massage. Wish they were adjustable but for the price I'm extremely happy with the product!Product Review: Amazing!

I love this pillow. I work as 911 dispatcher and have problems with my neck and shoulders...I've tried other types of massagers but this one is by far the most effective. It is portable...so easy to bring to work...and the rolling ball mechanism is heaven. I haven't had the problem others have mentioned about the fabric getting stuck in the mechanism...and hope that I don't...regardless...I feel the benefit I've received from this item has already outweighed the cost...so wouldn't complain about just replacing it.
