The neck massager feels great and I would have given 5 stars except there's a really hard board that houses the massager that can be quite painful if you put your neck into it wrong. Otherwise it's great.Product Review: Its Gooood.....ahhhh....

I would definetly recommend this massager. My mom bought my brother in law one for Christmas, and everyone was trying it out and oooh and aahhing. It feels amazing,its almost creepy how much it really feels like a real person is massaging you. The massager really rubs in so deep that it gets to the sore muscles. My hubby & I liked it so much that we ended up buying our own, and now its at the top of my mom's birthday list.Product Review: Lasted 10 minutes

This item lasted 10 minuted before it stopped working. I purchased this at another store (50 miles from where I live) but felt I should post my thoughts here. Purchasing from Amazon would have been the better choice.
Homedics did not respond to my email, so I ended up calling them directly. They offered to have it exchanged via UPS and also offered some online coupons for my troubles. I just wanted my money back, but I was told the only way to receive the coupons was to do the exchange. I did not want to roll the dice again and chose to drive the 100+ miles round trip to get my money back. I also posted my review at Homedics website, but they chose not to post my review. They have only posted 5 star and fawning reviews.

This one is ok for your back but the older model was better for your neck. This one moves too much, the older one rotated in one direction and in the other direction only. The heating element is nice but it's hard to feel since it moves too much and you can't keep it on the needed spot.Product Review: Little piece of Heaven!

I purchased this pillow for my elderly father who struggles with chronic back pain. He has tried everything from heat patches to electrotherapy kits, for limited relief. This pillow is so versatile that you can use it on feet, back, neck, and just about anywhere that you can get it positioned. It has heat and shiatsu massaging balls that rotate to give a deep-tissue massage. The pillow itself is soft and comfortable. However, if you begin the massaging action and find it to be uncomfortable, just reposition the pillow and that should take care of that problem. My father is very skeptical and discerning about most things, but he loved how this pillow worked. The massage itself might take some getting used to, as it kneads deeply, but the results cannot be denied. This will definitely work out the kinks.
WARNING! If you are tender or sensitive in your back area, this is not the pillow for you. The massage it gives goes deep and hard, and may inflame an already sensitive or inflamed area.
