Like others have mentioned, this pillow gives a great massage... until it stops working. I had mine for less than a week before the rollers stopped rolling. Before returning the product to Target, I tried calling HoMedics to give them the benefit of the doubt. Many manufacturers prefer that you call them when a product is defective. However, this HoMedics customer service rep was very rude and acted as though I was wasting his time by calling rather than just returning the pillow to Target.
I was able to return it with no problems (luckily mine had broken within the return period) and am hoping to find another great massager that will last a bit longer this time. While I am discouraged by the customer service I received at HoMedics, I am considering trying their new Shiatsu Lumbar Massager (assuming they have worked out the kinks with the defective rollers by now)... stay tuned for an update.

I love this thing! For the price, you can't really ask for more. It is the perfect size to maneuver into just the right spot to get that knot that is bugging you. I keep it next to my bed to work out the kinks before dozing off. The heat setting feels really great too. Another thing that I really like about this product is that I can get a nice firm massage out of it by using more body pressure against it, and my boyfriend who likes lighter pressure can just not lean against it so hard and have a perfect massage too. I'm definitely going to be giving these away as gifts this Christmas. They are sure to be a hit.Product Review: Holy Cow! This baby hits it!

OK - some people may be looking for a relaxing massage - this is not that massager. This baby gets down into those knots and tight painful muscles. Holy cow! I have been debating the right solution for my back pain for months... I am soooo happy with this product! I've spent a small fortune on chiropractic and massage due to my long hours of work - it's already paid for itself in pain relief and not having to go for a massage.
This baby hurts in all the right ways. No pain - no gain...
