I tried this at a weekend quilt guild and really liked it! I ordered me one and we love it so ordered one for our 2 daughters & parents.
They love is also! It feels good also on feet when they hurt and on my hand when my arthritis acts up!

I like this a lot and I think it is worth the price. It has the rotating mechanism that feels like someone is kneading your sore muscles. What I like most is that it stops automatically after 20 mins. This is very important so that the machine itself won't overheat, and 20 mins is the perfect time for me to change to another part or just simply to keep track how long the massage has been going on. I do feel much better after it. Being used to professional massage parlors, I am very picky about how someone massages me (sometimes I would even send that person back to have another person come when I'm not satisfied with the way she massages me). I can say that this is the next best thing you can have without having to go out to a massage parlor, and spending so much for every massage. Another thing I like about it is that it can be positioned anywhere you want: legs, thighs, arms, neck, shoulder, lower back, etc. All in all, I am very satisfied with it.Product Review: Great neck massager

I bought this product to help loosen tight muscles in my neck and it does the job. The heat feature really doesn't work all that great and takes a long time to get slightly warm. The padding on the lower part of the pillow should be thicker. I can feel the motor stabbing me in the back, but I just use a small pillow to correct this situation. For the money you can't go wrong. I use it just about every evening and it does help with my tension headaches.Product Review: Great product

First off - the ordering and shipping was spot on.
second- the product was just as promised. it is a great massage pillow , my wife and i cannot stop "fighting" over who gets it next.
the only feature i would tweak would be the heat , it not as warm as i would like.
would i recommend it ? definitely.
Product Review: Great product but suffers from capacitor plague

I've used two of these and while it works - it's great!
Like others have written in their comments, the product ceases to work after a limited amount of uses. I've read other reviews that said the motors are weak and stop working and that Homemedics made a shoddy product, but I posit that they really don't know what they're talking about.
After this one stopped working I pulled it apart to determine what the problem was; I had a hunch that, at least in my case, I have now been able to verify.
The device appears to suffer from a failure known as "capacitor plague." This is not the fault of it's design or manufacturing process, but of defective capacitors likely made by Taiwanese electrolyte manufacturers that stole an incomplete formula for them. Many products suffer from this problem including, from low-end devices to high-end (and expensive) devices such as Apple Mac products. Identifying defective capacitors before failure is an almost impossible task.
The markings of the capacitor that has failed in mine are MEF 1553 230v - I am unable to locate a suitable replacement because I can't find a spec sheet for it. If anyone can shed some light on where I can get a replacement, please let me know.
I would still recommend this product and would venture to guess that these types of problems will reduce in frequency as has been seen across the electronic industry in general (as the defective capacitors are mostly out of circulation according to some).
I would rate the product higher since I don't consider Homemedics to be the reason the product fails prematurely, but a consumer product failing is still a consumer product failing.
