I love this pillow. Works great on my upper shoulders and lower back. I work on a computer all day longer, so you know what happens. I even take it to work to use during the day. I have fibromyalgia and chronic headaches. My massage therapist let me borrow her shiatsu massage pillow and I fell in love with it. It was great from the back of my head down to my lower back. Just lay on it and feel your tense/sore muscles relax. You can also use it on our thighs, calves, and feet. Amazon.com had it 10 dollars cheaper than my local stores plus free shipping.

This product is well built and works. I think it's a GREAT value and easy to use. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add a spacing adjustment. It hits my upper neck perfectly but would be better if I could make them closer for the middle neck and maybe further apart for the lower neck to the shoulder.
