I recieved the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow as a gift. I used it exactly three times. It felt great, but the product's design is defective because the cloth shell gets twisted in the rotating massager which stops the mechanism from continuing to work. No matter what I did I was unable to release the fabric from the mechanism.
The defect can't be fixed without sending back to Michigan.
Stongly recommend against buying this product.
