Product Review: Kind of Stiff

The unit works well but is uncomfortable in a soft chair. The heat and cooling duct is designed as a lumbar support, which is good but there is no flex to it at all. It works okay in my auto but for home use in say a lounge chair you find your back gets into an unnatural feeling slope.
