I first saw this at a pharmacy while filling a prescription. Couldn't believe what a great job it did. Purchased one myself and put it on a computer chair I have at home. I find I have to lean the chair back for the roller balls to hit certain spots on my back (upper back/neck area) then ease the chair back to sitting position when the balls roll down to my mid/lower back. It works great, I just need a different style chair. The pharmacy had regular doctor office chairs. Also, as mentioned in the other reviews it CAN leave you sore the next day, you just need to watch how intense you let the balls dig in to your back! But you know when you have tense muscles, you have to work the knots out, so I think the soreness is inevitable! If you have back issues, this is worth a try.
