I tested this out at the store before buying it, comparing it with two more expensive models - I chose this one because it had the basic features I wanted and was a good price. However on my chair at work it doesn't quite fit correctly - the back bad is very thick and my chair isn't adjustable enough to account for that. Also, the seat pad gets in the way in my opinion - I currently have it folded up behind the unit against the back of the chair.
I think this gives good massages, the pressure is good and the heat feels nice. I wish I would have gone with the model that allows for targeted pressure instead of the basic one with just upper and lower back settings. But, that was my choice.
The biggest problem right now is that the rollers squeak loudly as they move up and down. It's very loud and annoys my co-workers, making me self-conscious when I use it. I bought this mainly for work use, so this is a huge bummer.

Other reviewers wrote informative reviews already - good massage chair and has minor quality control issue. Here are some thing not mentioned in other reviews as far as I see.
1. It does not work well for tall people. I am 6' 2.5" with a relatively short upper body. The massage handles could only go up to about 5 inch below my shoulder - I really hoped them to go higher to relax muscles under my neck.
2. I think one should start using this in roll mode - if start in shiatsu mode, the two massage handles really go very close to each other (~1.2 inches) and it make hurt your spine if your are not exactly sitting in the middle of the seat.

Comes with two main settings - rolling and shiatsu - and you can basically control where you want it to massage on your back. Only complaint is that it doesn't account for the contours of your back so you have to adjust it on the chair that you strap it onto. Overall, very satisfied with the product. Brought this massage cushion for wife in order to release my massage duty.
It's fulfill fundamental demand with Shiatsu and heat massage.
Really recommend this and now I could have happy hour with my buddy.
