When you find that ideal spot, you can hold the massage to help work out the even the tightest knots, thanks to the integrated Spot Shiatsu system. An adjustable width setting for Rolling Massage lets you adjust the massage rollers on either side of the spine for a custom-tailored experience. Meanwhile, in-seat massage offers an invigorating vibration massage that aims to increase circulation.

The SBM-300H comes with six programs: full, lower, or upper back in Shiatsu, plus a rolling massage for each of the three modes. The SBM-300H's integrated strapping system attaches easily to most home and office chairs.
