This is great...put it anywhere in the house close enough to an outlet and get massages anytime you want. Be careful not to over do it the first couple of times or the back muscles will hurt the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at the good massage this product gives, it is relaxing and it does help the back muscles. I gave it a 4 because I feel 15 minutes isn't long enough. The instructions say not to use it for more than 15 minutes at a time. The massage does not go up far enough, I would like for it to go all the way up to my neck with the massage but it stops short at a little below the shoulders and I am a short person so a tall person it would stop even lower. My husband likes it, he has a lot of lower back pain and this has helped.
It is not like a massage by hand but it comes close to it. There is a warning in the instuctions that it is not intended for diabetics so if you have a medical problem you should check with your doctor before you buy one of these just to be safe.
