This massaging cushion is incredible. The rolling mechanism and the heat work very well even through a heavy sweater. The rollers can hurt at times but usually goes away after some use. The only thing which could be improved upon is the ability to reach the neck muscles. Other than that the cushion is amazing. Well worth the money.Product Review: Excellent buy!

I purchased this based on the reviews(wich by the way are extremely helpful). It is a great product. I would listen to the reviews and the
instructions though. My husband kept hitting the power button and he was sore for a few days. All in all what a great deal. I ended up buying three!

I work a lot on a desktop computer and my back ends everyday very tense.
This cushion has been a great relief. Easy to use, and the combination of heat and massage is really great. I use it pemanently.

This is a great product - it gives a nice firm massage from your shoulder to lower back and has the option of doing only the upper or lower half. Additionally, you can turn on the heating elements for a bit of heat with the massage.
This massage cushion has worked great so far. It is fairly firm and depending on how sensitive you are, may be a bit much. But, the manual suggests placing a towel between your back and the chair for a more gentle massage.
So far, we are extremely pleased!

I bought this for my wife who was always having a sore back. The massage feels good and the heat really makes it. I'm so glad I went with the model with heat. It feels so good that I use it now on a regular basis. My only concern is the durability. You have to be careful how much weight you apply against the cushion. You can hear the massager start to grind if you lean into it too much. Other than that, very pleased with it.
