Product Review: A great home solution for massages

I bought this about a month ago and have enjoyed it. I wanted a home massage without paying $50 each time. I did some research with the brands and the different levels of seats you could buy. Of course this is the lower level of the HoMedics massager seats because there are only 2 rolling balls but it does the trick. It can be a little rough in the middle and more gentle on the top of your neck and bottom of your lower back. I feel great when I get up and feel like I've had a real massage.
The directions are easy. The remote is user-friendly. I like that it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes because that is the recommended time. I did do it 2x one night for 30 minutes total and it was a bit much so 15 minutes is just right. The roughness is similar to a real massage and it really does work out the tension. It feels like a real massage. I use it right against my couch so that I'm sitting upright in the chair. Highly recommend for the home massage.

There was a previous feedback left about this massaging cushion not being for a large person. I second that. I am about 5'4" and it reaches from my shoulders to upper lower back. I do wish it would go even lower though. My husband, on the other hand, does not get the full back massage, just mostly the middle. So far there have been no electronical problems, and it heats really well. For the price we paid, it is a good product.Product Review: It's good, but not great!

The chair was a great bargain, however, the movement of the shiatsu balls does not extend all the way to the lower back. I'm 5'10 and have to sit on pillows in order for the chair to massage the lower back effectively. Also, at the extremes of the range of shiatsu's movement, you can barely feel the massage on the upper shoulders and as I mentioned earlier, the lower back. Overall, after a litter improvisation, I still obtain a fairly good massage after those long days of work. Product Review: CHEAP CRAP...Land Fill...do not buy from this company

Homedics products typically end up in the trash within 3 months to one year.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUSTAINABLE LONG LASTING PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE REPAIRED.
BAD OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
