Read the fine print before you buy! I received this massage cushion and it was broken straight out of the box. It turned on, but the massage mechanism was completely broken. When I asked for a return label to send it back, they told me to read the return policy which states "they will refund your ORIGINAL shipping charges to compensate you." Needless to say, to send back the product for standard shipping cost over $50, while the original online shipping price is only $12. I was already down half the price of the chair! When they finally received the returned item, I received a shipment notification that my replacement chair was on its way out. However, the next day I received an email that said they were sold out of the chair and would just give me a refund. So the end result of 3 weeks of hassle was that UPS made $50 from me and $11.95 from Firefly Buys and no one received a chair. Try somewhere else!Product Review: Better than I thought it would be...

This product does a pretty good job of providing an automatic massage. The heat option does a great job and it is nice to have the full back, upper back, or lower back options.
The one major criticism I would have of this product is that it has a tendency to pinch in portions of the back since it doesn't really adjust to the curve of the spine.
But all in all I really like this product, and it is great after a long round of golf!

LAND FILL....HoMedics pollutes with junk products that do not work
Homedics products typically end up in the trash within 3 months to one year.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUSTAINABLE LONG LASTING PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE REPAIRED.
BAD OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My husband is not big into giving me back rubs so this is my substitute. It feels great! Just the right pressure. Love the heat feature. Wish the massage rollers went a little higher to get the tops of my shoulders.
