I got this for my dad for Christmas and not once has he used it but that is ok with me:D I think that this is a great product and is worth the money. If you have back problems and cant afford a message therapist then this is the next best thing. The only bad thing about it is that it has to be on a cushioned surface. I tried having it on a hard chair and it makes a horrible noise so you have to have it with cushion. Great product though and very fast shipping.Product Review: May Be Too Rough for Some

We bought this product as a gift for an elderly man; he found it much too rough for his liking. Even our teenage children said that if you didn't line yourself up in exactly the right way, the rolling "fingers" hurt when they move.Product Review: Meh

I've got to admit that I've wanted one of these massaging cushions since first trying it in my local pharmacy a year or so ago. It was definitely worth the wait. The Homedics SBM-200H combines therapeutic heat with soothing shiatsu rollers for a relaxing experience every time it's put to use. Start-up takes less than a minute, and the results are immediate. If ever there was a back massage that comes as close as possible to the real thing, this is it. Lower back the problem? Set it to focus on just your lower back. Same option for the upper as well.
The only problems that might arise from continuous use of this product are the rolling balls. They seem to grind somewhat with too much pressure, which might be a concern with regular use over a long period of time.
Overall, however, this is a worthy buy. Although there have been newer and more advanced Homedics massaging cushions put on the market, the SBM-200H still holds weight as a worthy purchase for your achy, tired back.

I recieved the massaging cushion as ordered. Unfortunately, it did not work. I'm working on returning it as soon as possible. Hopefully the Amazon return process will work for me and I'll be able to have another one sent to me. Can't beleive this...first time I've ordered itmes like this for the Holidays via the web. Figures!
