This item was a quick hit within our family. It's very easy to use and just connect/strap to a stable chair and plug-in. The heat option is good for this time of the season(winter) while best usage is after taking a hot/relaxing bath and/or shower. The selection for full back or upper back or lower back is convenient and good to combine one after another. I really recommend this product for people who want instant relief without paying for expensive private massages.

THIS UNIT IS GREAT YOU BEOME VERY ADICTED TO IT. IT JUST FEELS SO GOOD. THE FIRST TIME OR TWO YOU USE IT, YOU THINK IT IS TOO HARD, OR IT COULD SEEM TO HURT. BUT WHEN YOU GET USED TO IT, YOU WELL LOVE IT. THE HEAT IS GREAT AND NOT TOO HOT. I'VE TOLD MY FREINDS ABOUT IT. WOULD BUY AS A GIFT. I made my choice to spend $149. because of the quad-rolling and roller mechanism when compaired to 3 lesser models. Well, had I known that this only goes HALF-WAY UP BACK, also unknowingly that there was a '500' model for $50 more bucks to reach the rest of my back, I would have gotten that one. It feels really good where it does reach but as it stands, next month I will probably give this one away to a friend that has ONLY lower to mid back pain(a fellow Veteran buddy of mine) and buy the 500 model. I think this item falsely identifies itself as a full back massager....maybe if they spent the money and research and developement on that instead of the, albeit cool, blue LED lights that work while it is on, it would be a better product. If I were strapped for cash, would send it back and go through all that hassle and restocking fees but am not so, BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I didn't have to write my first bad review from internet shopping. I even called manufacturer in case something was wrong with my machine....but evidently there have been no complaints in munchkin land, as the 400 gets ALL their back! A lot of money for what it actually does!
