My HoMedics QRM-400H has been used only lightly since it was purchased less than four months ago. The width adjustment mechanism for the rollers is broken. Very disappointing considering this is a premium product in the HoMedic line. Now I am out a good chunk of money to mail this back to HoMedics for a warranty repair.
Were it not for bad quality, I would have rated the QRM-400H highly. When it was working properly, I really liked the flexibility the unit offers.

I recieved this as a gift and was eager to use it after a long day of work. Unfortunately, after unpacking it and plugging it in, it didn't even work!!! Very disappointing. :o(Product Review: Dissapointed

A gift for my husband and myself, we used it alot for 2 weeks, and then it died on me!! It has a automatic shut off switch after 15 minutes, we would use it (with heat) maybe for 2 sessions. We used it on the couch as we were sitting as well as in the computer chair and we loved it. I have read that alot people felt that it hurt them (too hard on certain areas) however we loved the pressure. I took it back and they did not have another one. I went to another store and got a I-Need from Brookstone and I love it. There is no heat however when you get massauged heat is conducted through the kneeding so it feels like heat. I was very dissapointed in this product, if you buy it make sure that you keep the box and your receit!!
