Product Review: Does excatly what it is susposed to do.

This product was purchased during the Christmas rush and was still able to make it to my home well before Christmas.
It was packaged to an extent that there was minimal chance of it being damaged (there was no damage) should something happen to it during transportation.
It does excatly what the description says it is susposed to do. It is easy to function. The demo mode is my wifes favorite because it does everything without her having to directly control it.
When using the warming feature, it gives off quite a bit of warmth, but at the same time it is not too hot. My little girls can safely sit in it (have an adult control it, though.)
On the flip side, my wifes hair was caught in the netting on the top of the chair more than once. This can be remedied by placing a cloth on the top to keep the hair from contacting it. Despite this flaw, my wife still constantly uses it.
This product was recommened to us, and I highly recommended it to others!

I haven't even opened it up and used the product yet as I bought it as a birthday present for my husband. I never select the gift option that Amazon provides because I know the product will be shipped in a seperate box, not the manufacturers box. I come home yesterday to see that my husband found the chair in the Homedics box on our doorstep with a shipping label over the side of the box. So he now knows what he is getting for his birthday. :( Anyways, the box also had holes in it from shipping since the manufacturers box is not that thick or strong to be flung around by the delivery services. So keep this is mind when ordering for someone else. I did not select it as a gift, so I do not know if that would have changed matters. Good luck!Product Review: Very Satisfied with Cushion

We received our Homedics QRM-400H Quad Roller Massaging Cushion with heat a few weeks ago. It is our second Homedics cushion. It's much better than the previous 2 roller cushion and the heat is great. The product was shipped on time, packed well and easy to set up. My wife and I have trouble with our backs due to previous injuries so after a workout or working around the house, this cushion really relaxes the muscles and keeps them from tightening up. After using it, you're really so relaxed, it's hard to motivate yourself to move. :) It's also great while sitting at the computer for hours. As a victim of lower bank pain, this massaging chair is a LIFESAVER. I had a previous generation of this massager and it didn't have the "massaging" or heat functions, just the shiatsu. I thought i was going to have to go to a chiropractor for my back pains, but i saw this on sale for ..... $57!!!! on AMAZON. What a steal!!!! Bought 2, one for myself and another for a friend, and both of us are in heavennn at work. I highly recommend this product as Homedics makes high quality items. My previous massager lasted over 2 years before some very "large" individual used it and broke the mechanical parts inside. I shall eventually upgrade to a full-sized massaging chair one day :) But for now, I'll remain loyal to my Homedics one.
