For the price this machine does what I need it to do. Works very well for sore ankles and runs long enough with enough force to reduce the pain in my ankle. This massager gets the job done. If your back, shoulders are in need of some TLC, get the massager out. It's really best if you have someone hold it for you & actually do the massage. I find it a bit heavy if you try and give yourself a massage. It can be done, but it's just not the same experience as if you had help. The heat element really works and the extra power gets right in the tight spots.
I would recommend this product for those looking for relief from stress.

What a great hand held massager. I recently hurt my hip, using this massager brought me immediate relief. I use it everyday and the pain is steadily decreasing. This massager is not too heavy, however I use both hands for a better control. Be careful not to go around your bones the vibration is too entense for such a soft and tender area.Product Review: Homedics Therapy

This purchase was a replacement for a massager I had for over 6 years. My experience with Homedics products has been good and this is no exception. The only thing I noted was that the cord could be longer. I have a lumbar issue and this massager has always been the tool for relief. The price is right and the quality is good.
