My iCush didn't come with a coupler like advertised; and I still didn't get it. Other than that, certain games- with a lot of talking or music you should really use the audio sync for due to unnecessary vibration. I would use it mostly for my racing games with the background music off. With all virbating motors on, on low, the vibration is about the sound level of microwave. But it's doing its job right; and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
