We purchased this at the recommendation of a Hospice nurse for a bed-ridden family member. It did improve a rather uncomfortable hospital bed mattress. It was a layer of comfort and firmness on top of a plastic hospital mattress, which was too soft and too plastic... Air circulation and not as hot and clingy...
We will use it again in another application in the house. It would make a comfortable bed for kids or guests sleeping on a cot or on the floor.
